paper(s) for submission at the conference venue. Authors of papers selected for
presentation will receive notification of acceptance before November 5, 2021. papers including illustration should
not exceed 14 double space typed pages on A4 paper. For references include
complete publication information and use author/date citation methods.
Only quality papers that conform to guidelines will appear
in the proceedings. Among other Government Organizations and foundations is
co-sponsored by Pan-African Book Company, Publishers of the Pan-African Journal
